TIMO STAMMBERGER

Stammberger is a Berlin and New York based photographer. Until 2009 he studied at the Ostkreuzschule for Photography. Stammbergers work evolves around urban culture.

Timo Stammberger, born 1980, studied photography at the Ostkreuzschule for Photography and Design in Berlin.

Currently Stammberger lives in New York and works on different conceptual series about the financial tsunami and its effects on daily life.

Above all his Underground Landscapes series deserves special mentioning. For this series Stammberger photographs partly with, sometimes without permission, the subway tunnels of cities such as Berlin, New York, Lisboa, Stockholm and others.
